Schedules
Lock apps during work hours, at bedtime or on weekends. Schedules can run past midnight and pick their own days.
Choose before you open
Stillpoint locks the apps that pull you in. When you reach for one, it asks how long you want, then closes it for you when the time is up.

Work hours is on until 6:00 PM. You've used 23 of your 30 minutes today.
How a time box works
Blocking everything forever doesn't last. Stillpoint lets you in on purpose, for as long as you choose.
Instead of the feed, you see a calm screen that tells you which rule is on and how much of today's limit is left.
Stillpoint sends a notification. Tap it to open the time box screen.
Wait five seconds, then choose 2, 5 or 15 minutes. Options that would go past your daily limit stay off.
When your minutes are used, the app closes and the lock comes back. No reminder to ignore.
